Madeleine Gouentoueu

  • Francophone Africa (map)

Madeleine is a Tirzah Legacy Leaders for Francophone Africa. She is a widow and has four children. She is the founder of FAM AF, a ministry which serves 15 Francophone countries. Madeleine currently resides in Canada with her daughter Anita, Tirzah’s Director of Microenterprise. Together they are helping women know their identity, understand that God loves them, and that women have a mission to accomplish just as much as men do.

They face the challenges of the traditional women’s role and the perspectives that accompany this. Many in the communities where they work believe that some things cannot be done by women. They face gender discrimination and extreme poverty. Their goal is to see women become independent and positively impact their society, families, and churches.

Praise:

  • We celebrate the Almighty, Compassionate, and Merciful God for what He has just done among us. Tirzah/Fam Afrique Francophone has received two pieces of equipment for evangelization. It was gifted to the Tirzah/Fam women from the Ivory Coast and Guinea Conakry. They have received this very important gift for their ministry among the “unreached peoples” of various countries in this region.

Prayer Requests:

  • Let us pray for the financial needs for those who need financial support. Let us pray that the Lord will open the floodgates of heaven, He who is the Provider, that this season will be a season of abundant harvests for Tirzah/Fam Francophone Africa.
