Dr. Lavanya is married with three children and lives in Hyderabad, India. She is a Legacy Leader and the Executive Director of Nireekshana ACET. The organization offers holistic care with basic medical health care, skill development, and training and encouraging leadership development. They provide consistent health monitoring and counsel individuals during their monthly visits to the clinic to help women discover their potential.

Dr. Lavanya says the greatest challenge in India is the role of women in the family, community, and professional life which women all around the globe face. Poverty and lack of education precipitates it.

Dr. Lavanya’s vision is to establish God’s dreams for the women in their program.
