Janice and her husband are the founder of El Pozo de Vida, a ministry that fights against human trafficking through nine locations. Janice is also an associate pastor at the local vineyard church for the past 11 years. They live in Mexico City with their two children.

Janice’s ministry is dedicated to restoring the identity, worth, potential of girls, youth, and women who were victims of sexual exploitation and human trafficking. They focus on nine different projects in the areas of prevention, intervention, and restoration. El Pozo de Vida is also part of Tirzah’s Emerging Leaders Program.

Janice’s wish for women is for a movement of freedom from toxic relationships and for all women to find their identity, worth, and potential.

Praises:

• Praise God for two survivors who are advancing their studies in university and vocational training to be licensed in cosmetology. They have so many odds against them but they are very motivated.

• Praise God for the many new girls who were rescued from another state that are arriving to our safe house to start their healing process. We have now 17 girls.

Prayer Requests:

• Pray for the missionaries who are serving with us here in Mexico. Pray that they learn the culture and language. It is an important step to honor the culture and assimilate to the cultural changes. Pray also that they are willing to be vulnerable to start their process in deeper level healing.
